Our story
 

Whilst working at a pharmacy in Nairobi, a patient presented a prescription for medication that we did not have. We directed the gentleman to a different part of the city where the possibilities of getting the medication were higher.
I was concerned that we were unable to provide a solution for our client recognizing that even with the advice we had provided there was no guarantee he would secure the medication. I knew there has to be a better way to serve people.
I therefore dedicated myself to creating products that provide innovative solutions to everyday problems encountered by people.


Our product
 
In order to bridge the gap in the market between clients and the product, we have created DAWASOKO. DAWASOKO is a mobile/web platform connecting patients to Pharmacies. This provides the patient with an easy access to registered Pharmacies and that connects patients to Pharmacies using DAWASOKO application.
The patient isn’t only limited to the pharmacy within their locality, as they can connect with registered Pharmacies anywhere in the country.

Member of the Childrens’ HIV Association guidelines committee and previous CHIVA executive member. AFYACORE works with a team of experienced Consultants who are based in various countries of the globe, who have developed software being used online at country level.
